A man from Salem Arkansas faces sexual assault charges. 62 year old Brad Bustad was arrested following an incident on June 3rd involving three minor females. Bustad allegedly told authorities that he had been smoking marijuana and was high and said that the touching probably went too far. Bustad was charged with felony second degree sexual assault. His bond was set at $20,000
