A Pocahontas man has been arrested on child porn charges. Brian Miguel Velez-Ortez allegedly traveled to Delaware Ohio and brought a 16 year old teen back to Pocahontas without her guardian’s permission. Velez-Ortez is charged with interference of custody, promoting a sexual performance by a child, computer child pornography, possessing and viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child and computer exploitation of a child. Is bond was set at $130,000 cash only.
