A man from Ellsinore was arrested by the Highway Patrol Monday morning in Carter County. 47 year old John Hamelburg was arrested on a felony Miller County warrant , a misdemeanor Butler County warrant and for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams. He was taken to the Butler County Jail.
