A man from Silva Missouri was killed in a one vehicle accident Tuesday evening east of Ellsinore in Carter County. The highway patrol reports that 29 year old Tyler Phelps was killed when he drove off the road and hit a tree. Phelps was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Eric Mcspadden. The accident happened on highway A, about three miles east of Ellsinore.
