A man from Houston Mo. Was arrested by the Highway Patrol Tuesday night. 44 year old Ralph Reber was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, meth, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and no seat belt. HE was taken to the Phelps County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
