Oregon County Sheriff’s Department & Alton Police Report Arrests

The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department and Alton Police are reporting several arrests last week.

On Monday June 15th the Sheriff’s Department arrested 46 year old James Vankam of Koshkonong for receiving stolen property. He was transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Then on Friday June 19th the Sheriff’s Department arrested Bryce Lievsay for assault. He was taken to Oregon County Jail and bail was set at $10,000

Monday June 15th the Alton Police arrested 43 year old Christopher Bates of Alton on a warrant for driving while revoked, He posted Bond

Tuesday June 16th The Alton Police arrested 53 year old Edward Grenz of Couch for possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked, He was released on citations.

Saturday June 20th the Alton Police arrested 27 year old Adam Vasquez of Alton on a warrant for driving while revoked. He posted bond

On Wednesday June 17th the Oregon County Sheriff’s Office was ordered by the court to fingerprint 26 year old Zacharie Wildin of Glencoe on existing charges.

For the week of June 15th through the June 21st , the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department received 51 calls for service and the Alton Police received 8 calls for service.
