In March the annual Cystic Fibrosis Concert at the West Plains Civic Center was postponed because of the COVID 19 pandemic then was later cancelled for this Year. Country Star Joe Nichols was scheduled to perform and now has been scheduled for next year on March 20, 2021. For those that bought tickets for the concert plans are now in place to give refunds for the tickets. ECNN talked to Rick Farzier about it
