A West Plains man was injured in an accident Wednesday night on Highway 17 north of West Plains. According to the Highway Patrol report, 37 year old Justin Huddleston suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the vehicle he was driving, hitting a tree. Huddleston was taken to Ozarks Medical Center, he was also charged with DWI involving a motor vehicle accident and careless and imprudent driving.
