Two Doniphan residents were arrested by the Highway Patrol Friday night. 36 year old Zackery Dickson and 42 year old Jason Vanwinkle were both arrested. Vanwinkle was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for possession of drugs. He was taken to Ripley County Jail. Dickson was arrested for felony possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and no seatbelt. He was taken to Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
