A man who was arrested for misdemeanors is now in more trouble after allegedly attacking a deputy. 29 year old Jacob John Gardner of Gamaliel allegedly attacked a deputy Sunday Morning in Baxter County. Gardner is now facing charges of second degree battery on a law enforcement officer. He faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest, obstructing operations and public intoxication.
