A man from Rector was arrested after a traffic stop in Melbourne. According to reports, 41 year old Brandon Oneal was stopped and deputies learned he was under current supervision of probation/parole. Oneal allegedly was in possession of numerous pills and marijuana. Oneal has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and two counts of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He will be in Court July 14th.
