Two inmates at the Baxter County Detention Center had drug charges added to their charges. 26 year old Cody Sallee of Cotter and 53 year old Thomas Wheeler of Mountain Home were both charged with felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and furnishing prohibited articles. A jailer allegedly saw Sallee insert a syringe into Wheeler’s neck. Sallee has been in the jail since March 6th and wheeler has been an inmate since February 13th. Bond for Sallee is at $32,500, bond for Wheeler is at $10,000.
