A man from Indiana was injured in a Motorcycle accident Thursday morning east of Thayer. The Highway Patrol reports that 78 year old John Lucas suffered moderate injuries when the motorcycle he was riding hit a deer. The accident happened on highway 142 about 2 miles east of Thayer Thursday morning. Lucas was taken to Ozarks Medical Center.
