Four Alton residents were injured when a vehicle hit a horse drawn wagon north of Alton. The Highway Patrol reports that 17 year old Lovina Hostetler suffered serious injuries, 18 year old David Hostetler, 20 year old John Hostetler and 53 year old James Collins all suffered minor injuries when the vehicle that Colliins was driving hit the Horse Drawn wagon that John Hostetler was driving. Lovina Hostetler was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, the other three were all taken to OMC in West Plains. The accident happened on highway 19 about a mile north of Alton, Sunday night around 8:30.
