The Naylor School District and a former administrator are facing a civil lawsuit after a female student was allegedly assaulted. Former Administrator John Mullins pleaded guilty to first degree sodomy and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. A female student claims she was assaulted during school hours. The lawsuit also accuses school administrators of knowing about the alleged assault as well as the sexual misconduct from 2008 to 2009. The school and Mullins have until August 5th to respond.
