A man from Willow Springs has been arrested after allegedly threatening the owner of a restaurant with a bow and arrow then breaking a glass door injuring the owner. 39 year old Mark Adam Howell is charged with first degree assault or attempted assault resulting in serious physical injury, and unlawful use of a weapon exhibiting. He was taken to Howell County Jail and bond was set at $25,000
