A man from Pleasant Plains Arkansas has now been charged with murder in connection with the shooting at Hawg’s Exxon in Batesville Sunday. 46 year old Robert Casey Evans is charged with first degree murder, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons and possession of a controlled substance. The name of the victim has been released. Evans is being held on $1 Million cash only bond.
