A man was arrested in Independence County riding an ATV that was reported stolen in Jackson County. 37 year old Leslie Dean Roy Shutt told authorities that he bought the ATV on a facebook yard sale, but had no proof of the sale for $700. The ATV is valued at over $3,000. Shutt is charged with theft by receiving.
