
Officials at the Howell County Health Department report that 6 additional Howell County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. These cases bring the number of cases identified in the county to 61. Known active cases in the county currently stands at 13.
Case number 56 is isolating at home in the Caulfield area and following public health guidance.
Case number 57 is currently isolating at their residence in West Plains.
Case 58 is also resides in the West Plains area. They are currently isolating at home under public health guidance.
The 59th case identified to date resides in West Plains. They are on isolation at their residence under public health guidance.
Number 60, a West Plains resident, is currently in the hospital and reportedly doing well.
Case number 61 resides in the Pomona area. They are currently on home isolation following public health guidance
Thursday the Arkansas Department of Health reported 947 new COVID 19 cases and an additional 6 deaths, bringing the State Totals to 31,114 cases with 341 deaths. Locally there were 10 new cases in Independence County, 2 new cases in Lawrence County, 4 new cases in Randolph County and 3 new cases in Sharp County.
The Missouri department of Health and Senior services reported Thursday that were 708 new COVID 19 cases in the state with an additional 11 deaths. The State wide totals are now at 30,422 with 1,113 deaths. Locally there were 4 new cases in Douglas County, 6 new cases in Howell County, 1 new case in Ripley County, 3 new cases in Texas County and 3 new cases in Wright County.
