A man from Doniphan was arrested by the Highway Patrol Friday afternoon in Ripley County. 38 year old Bradley Shipman was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Ripley County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
