A man charged with murdering a West Plains man in 2017 has now been sentenced. Jorge Rosadilla-Gonzales has been sentenced to 15 years for second degree murder and 15 years for unlawful use of a weapon. Gonzales allegedly shot and killed John Barbrow outside the Snappy Mart In West Plains. Gonzales entered an alford plea in court, meaning he admits there is enough evidence to convict him, but he does not admit guilt.
