A 19 year old from Gainesville suffered serious injuries when he fell off the tailgate of truck onto the roadway. 19 year old Cooper High was injured and was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center. The Driver of the truck, 18 year old Tanner Jennings of Theodosia, was charged with felony DWI causing physical injury to another, felony leaving the scene of an accident and minor in possession by consumption. The accident happened early Saturday morning on highway W at Pontiac.
