The Body of the man found in the Black River at Pocahontas has now been identified. Police say Kenneth Ray Parsells of Florida was found in the river near the highway 67 bridge in Pocahontas. Police have not released the cause of death and the investigation continues. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Pocahntas police at 870-892-7747
