The Baxter County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of a man on drug charges. 32 year old James David Collins was arrested Thursday morning after a traffic stop. Collins is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth and misdemeanor driving left of center. He posted $2,500 bond and will be in court August 6th.
