Mountain home Junior Kate Gilbert has verbally committed to play basketball at Drury University in Springfield. Gilbert has help lead the Lady Bombers to back to back final four appearances in the state tournament. Drury is coming off a year when they went 32-0 and were ranked number 1 in the country in Division 2 all season, but did not get to compete for a national title because of the COVID 19 pandemic. Gilbert will play her senior season this year for the Lady Bombers.
