The Missouri State Highway patrol arrested a man from Eminence on Sunday. 37 year old Carson Wilkins was arrested for fourth degree assault special victim, misdemeanor resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and no seat belt. He was taken to the Shannon County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
