A Melbourne Arkansas man was arrested last week on Izard County Charges. 38 year old Michael Liscomb was arrested on a warrant for third degree domestic battery and terroristic threatening. Liscomb was out on bond when the incident happened. As a result of the new charges his bond was revoked. Liscomb will be in court August 20th.
