A Woman from West Plains has been charged for allegedly hitting another woman with a vehicle. 25 year old Brooke Campbell is charged with first degree assault with serious physical injury, third degree assault involving a special victim and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution. Her bail was set at $10,000.
