The Woman accused of killing former state senator Linda Collins pleaded guilty in court this morning. Rebecca O’Donnell pleaded guilty to capital murder and was sentenced to 57 years in prison. She also pleaded no contest to two counts of solicitation to commit murder. Collins was found dead on June 4th 2019 at her home in Pocahontas. The motive for the murder was allegedly monetary gain. Despite changes in judges and prosecutors and numerous motions and search warrants, the case ended without a trial.
