A Paragould man was arrested Friday night in Walnut Ridge. According to reports 34 year old Brian Rutherford was driving at a high rate of speed and driving erratic of highway 67 when he was stopped. A search of his vehicle uncovered a large amount of marijuana and several different pills. Rutherford is charged with felony counts of possession of a class VI controlled substance, possession of a class IV controlled substance and reckless driving. Rutherford was also on probation at the time of his arrest .
