The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Poplar Bluff woman on Friday who was taken to the Thayer Jail. According to the Thayer Police Department website, 70 year old Dorothy Wells of poplar Bluff was arrested on an Oregon County warrant for failure to appear on a felony forgery charge. Her bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
