Friday Night 42 year old Lottie Brooks of Thayer was arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department. Brooks was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. She is being held without bond.
