A woman from Alton was arrested by the Alton Police on Sunday, then on Monday an Oregon County warrant was issued. 41 year old Amy Cone is charged with felony second degree burglary and misdemeanor stealing. She was taken to the Thayer Jail and bond was set at $2,500.
