A man’s body has been found in Horseshoe Bend. The Izard County Sheriff’s office is reporting the body of an unidentified man was found Wednesday afternoon in the power line right of way near the sewer treatment plant on North Bend Drive. According to the Sherriff’s department report the man had appeared to have been dead for several days. The body has been sent to the Arkansas State crime Lab in Little Rock to determine the identity and cause of death. Foul play is not suspected.
