The Thayer Fire Department along with Thayer Rural Fire Department conducted their annual Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Fill the Boot fundraising campaign this past Saturday in Thayer. We are pleased to announce that through the generosity of those that contributed to this worthy cause, we raised a Record Amount of $3055.00 this year.
Thayer Fire Department along with the Thayer Rural Fire Department thank the surrounding communities that made this year’s contribution possible. No monies from this drive are kept by the departments as it ALL goes to the MDA Association to help find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy related illnesses.
