A former Izard County resident has been arrested in Jonesboro on sex crimes. 26-year-old Preston Harmon was arrested for sexual indecency with a child and was taken to the Craighead County Detention Center. Harmon is a 2012 graduate of Izard County High School and is a Basketball Coach at Valley View junior high and 5th and 6th grade Physical Education Teacher.
