Monday, the West Plains City Council held a public hearing to hear resident’s opinion about the proposed Mask Ordinance that the council will be voting on at their next meeting. Most of the people in attendance at the hearing voiced their concerns for the ordinance, not wanting the Council to pass it. I talked to City administrator Tom Stein about what happens next
Again, the first reading is set for this coming Monday during the City Council regular meeting.
