A man who just got out of prison was arrested again on Wednesday in Baxter County. 27-year-old Ryan James Lindsey was charged Wednesday with theft by receiving. He was allegedly in possession of a motorcycle reported stolen. Lindsey has a history of arrest and convictions for theft of property, drug related offenses, having a defaced firearm, bringing contraband into jail and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
