An Independence County woman has been arrested after allegedly spitting on a deputy. 50-year-old Michelle Reins was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, public intoxication and resisting arrest. Her bond was set at $20,000. Reins has a history of convictions in Independence, Izard and Randolph Counties.
