The West Plains City Council Met last night for their regular monthly meeting, one of the big items on the agenda was the first reading of the Mask ordinance. After hearing comments both for and against the ordinance, Councilman Josh Cotter explained the ordinance
He then gave his opinion
Councilman Mike Topliff also had an opinion
Mayor Jack Pahlman had this to say
The council voted 3-2 against the ordinance, with Councilmen, mike Topliff and johnny Murrel and the mayor all voting no and Council Cotter and Councilwoman Neese voting for it. So, the mask ordinance failed.
