A Man from Calico Rock, who was on probation was arrested last week at the Rand City Park. 55-year-old Tommy Franks was found in a vehicle parked at the park. Franks had search waiver and during a search of his vehicle a deputy found a small amount of meth. Franks is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, He was served with a petition to revoke probation, and will appear in court September 16th.
