A man from Franklin Arkansas has been arrested on assault charges. 22-year-old Caelen Hawk was arrested last week on charges of felony aggravated assault, felony first degree terroristic threatening, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree domestic battery. Hawk allegedly punched a woman in the face, pulled her to the ground and put his hands around her throat.
