An Alton Teen was killed in a head-on crash Tuesday morning east of Couch. The Highway Patrol reports that the truck that 18-year-old William Fraley was driving crossed the centerline and hit Peterbilt truck driven by 58-year-old Michael Sanders of Winona. Sanders was not injured in the accident. The accident happened on rt E about 2 miles east of Couch.
