The Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Forestry Division has awarded Wildfire Suppression kits to a couple of area fire department. The kits feature equipment necessary for the safe suppression of wildfires. Both the Wirth and Cave City Fire Departments will receive the kits. The kits include lightweight wildfire resistant coveralls, gloves, hand rakes and back pack water pumps and leaf blowers.
