A Baxter County man who was arrested in July for making pipe bombs now faces additional charges for an incident that happened earlier this year. 35-year-old Michael Cody Everett allegedly fired a gun at another vehicle. Everett is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony unlawful discharge of a firearm from vehicle and felony possession of a firearm by certain persons.
