Formal charges have now been filed against four people as a result of a long-term narcotics investigation. 27-year-old Michael Scott, 52-year-old Judy Scherrer, 30-year-old Joseph Scherrer, and 40-year-old Michael Sullins all from Licking were all arrested on numerous felony charges. Bond was set at $150,000 for Judy Scherrer, and $25,000 each for Michael Scott and Joseph Scherrer. Authorities say all four have active warrants and they believe they may have left the area. The investigation is still ongoing for a fifth subject, 18-year-old Rocky Sherrer.
