The Missouri State Highway patrol is reporting the arrest of a man from Winona Friday afternoon. 20-year-old Richard Drummond was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants from Shannon County. Drummond was taken to the Shannon County Jail.
