A Mountain View Arkansas man has been arrested after authorities found a large-scale marijuana operation. 43-year-old Brad Chatman is charged with felony maintaining a drug premises, felony manufacture a schedule VI-controlled substance, marijuana and felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to cultivate or grow marijuana.
