A Raymondville man has been arrested on rape charges involving a child. 28-year-old Michael Saiz faces two counts of first-degree statutory rape with a victim under 12 years old. Bond for Saiz is set at $500,000. Saiz allegedly had sexual contact with two victims under the age of 10.
