The Arkansas State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a Baxter County man who has been missing since Sunday morning. 75-year-old Billy Blaine Miller was last seen on county road 591 in Mountain Home. Authorities say he may be driving a Silver Chevrolet Silverado pickup with Texas License plate numbered 702T25. Miller is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds, with short grey hair and brown eyes. If you spot Miller please contact the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office at 870-425-7000.
